Mayde Creek
Acquatic Club
(MCAC) provides a
safe and friendly
atmosphere to help
your swimmer
focus on technique
fundamentals while
encouraging a love
of swimming.
Mayde Creek Aquatic Club
is a semi-competitive swim club that focuses on form,
technique, endurance and a life-long love of swimming.

MCAC uses a hands-on approach focusing on
swimmers achieving their personal best.
A new grouping will be offered next year.  It is called HRP "High School Readiness
Program".  It will be offered at the same time as Group 4 (Mon and Fri. from 6:30-7:30
and Tues and Thurs from 6:30-8:00). The focus of the group will be preparing the
swimmer for a high school program.
At the meets this group will compete in the high school events (100 free, 100 fly, 200
IM, etc).

To be part of HRP the swimmer has to be at least in 6th grade and is demonstrating a
level of swimming to qualify for Group 4 placement.

Group 4 will still exist for the younger swimmer and those who want to focus on
condition and cross training for other sports.
MCAC has reached capacity for the 2010-2011 season.  Naturally, our enrollment fluctuates
throughout the season.  When we have openings we contact the first person on the waiting
list.

If you are interested in being on our waiting list then please email Coach Jim and indicate
your swimmer's names, ages and ability.

We will be contacting all families in August with information on our upcoming season,
orientation dates and practice times.

We are looking forward to another exciting and successful season!
